Anti-HA Magnetic Particles, Smooth Surface (# WHM-S092) have a thick layer of polymer coating with covalently coupled rabbit anti-HA antibody on the surface of the beads. Anti-HA antibody is specific for N- or C-terminal HA-tagged fusion proteins. No exposed iron oxide on the surface of the beads makes them beneficial in applications where exposed iron oxide causes undesirable interferences. With rapid magnetic responsiveness, the beads are particularly used for the purification of HA-tagged fusion proteins. Application Notes:
