Bromoacetyl Magnetic Particles, Polysaccharide, 200 nm (# WHM-C131) are ferrofluids consisting of an aqueous dispersion of magnetic iron oxides with diameters of 200 nm. The beads are covered with bromoacetyl, and can be used for proteins or ligands immobilization, particularly for binding of SH-groups containing bioligands. Application Notes:The bromoacetyl magnetic nanoparticles are intended for binding to biomolecules by coupling of sulfhydryl groups containing ligands, such as antibodies, proteins or low molecular substances with very high efficiency, and further can be used for MRI-diagnostics and magnetic drug targeting applications.
