Description
RANBP2 Polyclonal Antibody. Transport of macromolecules into and out of the nucleus occurs through nuclear pore complexes (NPC). This energy-dependent process involves nucleoporins at the NPC, associated transport proteins and GTP. The GTPase Ran is a small protein that belongs to the RAS protein superfamily and is found associated with the nuclear membrane.
