The Quantikine Mouse CCL21/6Ckine Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed to measure mouse 6Ckine in tissue culture supernates, serum, and plasma. It contains E. coli-expressed recombinant mouse 6Ckine and antibodies raised against the recombinant factor. This immunoassay has been shown to accurately quantitate the recombinant mouse 6Ckine. Results obtained using natural mouse 6Ckine showed dose response curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine mouse kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural mouse 6Ckine. Range: 7.81 - 500 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 0.489 pg/mL. Time: 4.5 hours
