This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Kinase Isozyme 2. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Kinase Isozyme 2 and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. Range: 0.156-10 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.061 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Kinase Isozyme 2 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
