This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Kinase Isozyme 4. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Kinase Isozyme 4 and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 0.312-20 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.127 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Kinase Isozyme 4 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
