This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Mannosidase Alpha Class 2B Member 1. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mannosidase Alpha Class 2B Member 1 and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 14.7 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Mannosidase Alpha Class 2B Member 1 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
