This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Mannosyl Alpha-1, 6-Glycoprotein Beta-1, 6-N-Acetylglucosaminyltransferase. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mannosyl Alpha-1, 6-Glycoprotein Beta-1, 6-N-Acetylglucosaminyltransferase and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 0.156-10 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.067 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Mannosyl Alpha-1, 6-Glycoprotein Beta-1, 6-N-Acetylglucosaminyltransferase were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
