The kit utilizes our unique high-capacity magnetic bead technology which can enable purification of high-quality nucleic acids that are free of proteins, nucleases, and other impurities. In addition to easily being adapted with automated systems, this procedure can also be scaled up or down depending on the amount of starting sample. The purified DNA/RNA is fully digestible with all restriction enzymes tested, and is completely compatible with downstream application such as PCR, qPCR, Southern Blot analysis, genotyping, sequencing and more.
