The reduced monomer consists of 389 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 43.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmTNFRSF19/Fc monomer is approximately 50-60 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse TNFRSF19 (NP_001157627.1) (Met 1-Leu 170) was fused with the polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
