The Ansh Labs' Bioactive IGF-I ELISA kit is a quantitative one-step sandwich immunoassay. It is a highly sensitive two-site antibody method which allows detection of unbound IGF-I. The kit may be used as a direct assay to measure the dissociable fraction of IGF-I. The Bioactive IGF-I's calibration is traceable to the current WHO IGF-I preparation NIBSC Code 02/254 v 6.0. Other related analytes did not show any significant cross-reaction. Analytical measureable range of 0.48 - 32.2 ng/mL allows for studies in a variety of physiological states.
