The Ansh Labs' Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit, a quantitative two-step sandwich immunoassay, provides materials for the quantitative measurement of GLP-1 in EDTA plasma and other biological fluids. Same day results, simple two-step procedure with total 1.5 hour incubation at RT avoids the complex or overnight procedures inherent in current GLP-1 assays. Measures GLP-1 (9-36a) at 100%, GLP-1 (7-36a) at 44%, with no detectable cross-reactivity to Oxyntomodulin, Glucagon, GLP-2, or GRPP. Sensitive to 5.6 pg/mL (1.8 pmol/L); analytical measurable range of 20-313 pg/mL (6.4-136 pmol/L) allows for accurate quantitations. Sample size of 100 μL for human and 20 μL for rodents, no extraction needed, no special collection tube required.
