Mouse Anti-LGALS1 Recombinant Antibody (6C8.4-1). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Galectin 1 (LGALS1). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ICC, IF, WB. The galectins are a family of beta-galactoside-binding proteins implicated in modulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. LGALS1 may act as an autocrine negative growth factor that regulates cell proliferation.Diseases associated with LGALS1 include Benign Metastasizing Leiomyoma and Thyroid Cancer.
