Development of immunological tools for cell analysis

BioCytex is partnering with international pharmaceutical companies to design and produce adapted immunological tools for Phase 0 and Phase 1 clinical pharmacodynamic studies. Our large expertise in quantitative flow cytometry allows to monitor the binding of therapeutic MAbs to target cell receptors on cell lines, whole blood including blast cells and bone marrow from clinical samples. The monitoring will permit to approach the number of MAbs bound per target cell / the number of free receptors / the number of occupied receptors [number of receptor being occupied by therapeutic MAbs] / the overall number of targeted receptors. BioCytex can also take in charge the immunostaining of your samples and the flow cytometric analysis.
