Description
Polyclonal Antibody to detect Acetyl-Histone H2A in Human samples. The core histone proteins (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4) in nucleosome undergo different posttranslational modifications including acetylation, phosphorylation, and methylation. These modifications occur in response to cell stimuli and play an important role in regulating gene expression.
