Description
Anti-Ricin, RCA60 from Ricinus communis Antibody. MAbs CP23, CP37, CP75 and RA999 recognize the A-chain of RCA60. MAb RA999 cross-reacts also with RCA120. MAb RB999 recognize the B-chain of RCA60. The matched pair RA999 (coating) and RB999 (conjugate) has a detection limit for RCA60 of 100 pg/ml and shows no cross-reactivity for RCA120.Can be used for EIA and WB
