Internucleosomal DNA fragmentation is a hallmark of apoptosis in mammalian cells. Apo-BrdU-IHC; Kit is a two-color TUNEL (Terminal deoxynucleotide transferase dUTP Nick End Labeling) assay for labeling DNA breaks to detect apoptotic cells by immunohistochemistry.
