The Quantikine Mouse IL-17A/F Heterodimer immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed to measure IL-17A/F heterodimer in cell culture supernates, serum, and plasma. It contains E. coli-expressed recombinant mouse mature IL-17A/F heterodimer and antibodies raised against the recombinant factor. This immunoassay has been shown to accurately quantitate the recombinant mouse IL-17A/F heterodimer. Results obtained using natural mouse IL-17A/F heterodimer showed dose response curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine mouse kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural mouse IL-17A/F heterodimer. Range: 7.81 - 500 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 2.8 pg/mL. Time: 4.5 hours
