Description
The antibody was purified by ion exchange chromatography. This antibody antibody detects a triplet at 66 and 62 kDa protein on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human Jurkat and K562 cells, as well as mouse C2C12 cells.
Immunogen
AIFM1 (C-terminal region) synthetic peptide (coupled to carrier) corresponding to amino acids in the C-terminal half of human AIFM1. This sequence is identical in rat and mouse AIFM1, and has low homology to AIFM2 and AIFM3.
