Product Specifications Biotin-R3 IGF-I: Biotin- Long R3 IGF-I is prepared by a selective biotinylation procedure. As in the non-biotinylated analog, binding to IGF-binding proteins 1, 2 and 4 is strongly reduced, the redution in affinity was less pronounced in IGFBP-3 and -5. No binding to IGFBP-6 was detected.Examples of applications of biotinylated IGF's can be seen in application note 4.
