| Description | Mouse anti BLM [BFL 103]: Fluorescein. This antibody recognises Bloom syndrome protein (BLM). BLM is the product of the Blooms syndrome gene and belongs to the RecQ family of DNA helicases. BLM is associated with an increase in the incidence of many types of cancer at an early age. The antibody BFL 103 recognises an epitope within the N-terminal domain (residues 1-447) of BLM. |
