    Descriptiona-Actin, Skeletal Muscle. Recognizes human alpha-skeletal and alpha-cardiac (sarcomeric) actins as well as neoplasms derived from normal tissues (i.e. rhabdomyosarcomas). Shows no crossreaction with smooth muscle actin. Species Crossreactivity: bovine, rabbit, sheep, rat, guinea pig and frog.
