| Description | UNC-112 related protein (URP1) was identified following a massive genome-wide transcriptional profiling of lung and colon carcinomas. Named for its strong sequence homology to C. Elegans UNC-112, URP1 was found to be significantly differentially regulated, being over-expressed in 70% of the colon carcinomas and 60% of the lung carcinomas tested. |
