ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, IF Microscopy, Western Blot. ADAM10 antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, immunohistochemistry and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 84 kDa in size corresponding to ADAM10 protein by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.

Description
ADAM10 IgG fraction antibody is directed against human ADAM10 protein. The product was purified from monospecific antiserum by DEAE chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with ADAM10 protein from human, bovine and rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Partial reactivity is expected against ADAM10 from mouse based on a single amino acid change relative to this sequence. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.
Immunogen
This IgG fraction antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region near the carboxy terminus of human ADAM10 protein.
