High resulotion agarose is a low melting high clarity agarose. This agarose is ideal to resolve DNA fragments, PCR and RT-PCR products, differing in size by 2%, in the range of 200 - 1,000 bp. This agarose is ideal for the analysis of Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphisms (AFLP's), Short Tandem Repeats (STR's) and tetranucleotide repeats. The low melting temperature makes it an excellent medium for analytical and preparative electrophoresis. This agarose is nuclease and protease-free.
