    DescriptionRecognizes human Cytokeratin 19 at ~40kD on human glandular epithelia. Species Crossreactivity: rat, fish, bovine, rabbit. Does not react with mouse, woodchuck, chicken or Xenopus. Reactive with cultured cell lines: MCF-7, RT 112, Detroit 562, RPMI 2650, HT-29 and SSC-12. Detected Cytokeratin 19 in cholangio carcinoma of liver, renal cell carcinoma, transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder, ovary carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma of cervix, bronchus and lung (intermediate type), mesothelioma, carcinoid tumor of bronchus, breast carcinoma and thymoma.
    ImmunogenCytokeratin 19 from MCF-7 cells. Epitope: aa352-368 (VRADSERQNQEYQRLMD) of the a-helical fragment.
