The kits have ~100% cross-reactivity with insulin analogues, while having virtually no cross-reactivity with other markers such as c-peptide, proinsulin, and rodent insulin. The kits also have a higher sensitivity than competitor kits while maintaining a wide range (0.9 - 220 ng/mL), allowing customers to run low and high range samples with one kit. In addition to significant cost savings, the 10 kit pack has the advantage of ensuring consistent quality by providing individually packaged kits (as opposed to providing bulk reagents), ensuring reagents remain sealed until used.
