For the quantitative measurement of rat hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) in rat whole blood with a range of 3.5-13% and an assay time under 10 min. The kits are easy-to-use, require 5 μL of sample, and have low interference. Designed for rat EDTA treated whole blood samples, the kits use a fully enzymatic method that offers improved accuracy over traditional immunological HbA1c methods which can overestimate results by 50%.
