Mouse IgE ELISpotBASIC enables enumeration of B cells secreting IgE. The ELISpot detects both IgE allotypes, i.e. IgEa and IgEb. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP and polyclonal activators.
