Description
Epitope: N-terminal first 100 aa. Fusion: 1983. Stains MyHCIIa and third developmental stage MyHCI, and the epitope on slow MHC is different from that of mAbs A4.951 and A4.951 [PMID 7687223]. Stains all fibers except fast IIb [PMID 3342447; PMID 11005719]. This antibody may recognize more than one myosin isoform depending on the tissue, developmental stage, or species.
