    DescriptionIn birds, this antibody recognizes myosin heavy chain isoforms SM2 and SM3, but not SM1. The antibody does not recognize aldehyde-fixed tissue. Ethanol fixation is preferred. For western blotting, 5% SDS-PAGE gels are recommended.
