    DescriptionProduct Specifications Biotin- IGF-II: Biotin- IGF-II is prepared by a selective biotinylation procedure, that ensures full binding capacity to all six IGF-binding proteins. Binding to antiserum PAC is not affected.Examples of applications of biotinylated IGF's can be seen in application note 4.Molecular Weight: 8006.5 Da.Formulation: Lyophilised from a solution of 0.5 ml TBS, pH 7.4, containing 100 ug/ml of the biotinylated product . A preservative and a stabilising protein of non-mammalian origin are added to ensure stability of the reconstituted product. Recommended dilution: 1: 100 to 1: 500 for western ligand blotting. Tested with our western-ligand blotting kit. Storage: Store refrigerated upon arrival. The product is stable at 4 °C for at least one year. Reconstitute with 0.5 ml water and store aliquots frozen at - 20 °C. Avoid repeated freeze-thawing cycles.
