This product enables quantification of mouse IgEa in solution, e.g. in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The ELISA does not detect mouse IgEb (allotype b). The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP and ELISA standard. Plates and substrate are not included. Range: 30-3000 pg/ml
