Mouse IgG2c ELISpotBASIC enables enumeration of B cells secreting total IgG2c as well as antigen-specific IgG2c. The IgG2c allele is expressed in certain inbred mouse strains e.g., C57BL/6, C57BL/10, SJL and NOD. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP and polyclonal activators.
