Western Blot, Peptide ELISA. WB: In transfected 143B transiently expressing human AARS2 a band of approx. 100 kDa is observed. This band is barely visible in the non-transfected 143B. The calculated molecular size is 107 kDa band according to NP_065796.1. An additional non-specific 26 kDa band was observed. We call for caution when used for other assays than WB.
