Assay designed with two Murine monoclonal antibodies, the first one highly specific for human DDimer, is used for coating the ELISA plate and the second one, conjugated with a Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP) marker. The assay includes a calibrator and two controls. Normal ranges are < 400 micrograms/mL.
