DescriptionAnti-Kv2.1 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Kv2.1 from Mouse, Human, and Rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. No crossreactivity to rat Kv2.2. Cross-reactivity with Kv2.1 from other sources has not been determined. Ion Channels research.
ImmunogenKv2.1 Antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the cytoplamsic C-terminus region of rat KV2.1.
