MaxTag DAB tablets (50 tablet pack) is designed to be used with the MaxTag? Immunoblotting kit. Dissolve one tablet in 10 ml of deionized water. (pH will be 4.8 - 5.2) Use liquid substrate within one hour. Immediately before use add hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to 0.1% (v/v).
