This product was aseptically filtered through a Millipore 0.22 micron filter into clean, pre-sterilized containers. The product was tested on trypticase soy agar for 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours and was found to be negative for bacteria.

ELISA, Western Blot. This product is a 10X concentrated stock solution and should be diluted appropriately with distilled, deionized water or equivalent to its final working concentration. Dilute only prior to immediate use. 10X Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) consists of 0.2 M Potassium Phosphate, 1.5 M Sodium Chloride and 0.5% (v/v) Tween-20 at a pH of 7.2.
