This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of L1-Cell Adhesion Molecule. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between L1-Cell Adhesion Molecule and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 0.156-10 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.055 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level L1-Cell Adhesion Molecule were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
