Mouse Anti-ACAA1 Recombinant Antibody (CBYC-A173). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human Acetyl-CoA Acyltransferase 1. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC-P, WB. ACAA1 is an enzyme operative in the beta-oxidation system of the peroxisomes. Deficiency of this enzyme leads to pseudo-Zellweger syndrome.
