Description
Western blot Mab detects epitope D and present on band of approx. 42 kDa. The chemical properties of the antigen are an enzyme that degrades water insoluble _-(1->3)-linked glucan polysaccharide (so called Mutan) as produced by Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus sobrinus.
