    DescriptionThe antibody detects cleaved D4-GDI at 23 kDa in Jurkat cells treated with staurosporine. The antibody does not detect full length D4-GDI. DM4921 can be used for western blot, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation, and immunohistochemistry.
    ImmunogenClone 97A1015 was developed from a synthetic peptide corresponding to the region of the Fas-induced cleavage site of human D4-GDI. The sequence is well conserved in rat and mouse D4-GDI.
