Description
The antibody was affinity purified using eEF2K (C-terminus) peptide (without carrier). The antibody detects a 105 kDa protein corresponding to the molecular mass of eEF2K on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human A431, HeLa, and Jurkat cells. The antibody also detected eEF2K in immunoprecipitations in HeLa cells and immunofluorescent labeling in A431 cells.
Immunogen
eEF2K (C-terminus) synthetic peptide (coupled to carrier protein) corresponds to amino acids in the C-terminal region of human eEF2K. This sequence is well conserved in rat, mouse, chicken, and fish eEF2K, and has low homology to other proteins.
