Description
Mouse anti SCN5A [4G8:1G7]. This antibody recognises sodium channel protein type 5 subunit alpha (SCN5A), which is also known as Nav 1.5. SCN5A, the major cardiac voltage-gated sodium channel, plays a central role in the generation of the cardiac action potential and in the propagation of electrical impulses in the heart.
