Description
Mouse Anti-NOX2/gp91phox [54.1]: Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). This antibody recognises Cytochrome b-245 heavy chain (CYBB), which is also know as NOX2/gp91phox. NOX2/gp91phox is a component of the membrane-bound oxidase of phagocytes that generates superoxide. Defects in the CYBB gene are a cause of Chronic X-linked granulomatous disease (CGD).
