Description
Purified anti-LRP4 (NH2 terminus). Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 4 (LRP4), also known as LRLR dan and multiple epidermal growth factor-like domains 7 (MEGF7), is a member of the LDLR family and has a large N terminus. LRP4 may help regulate Wnt signaling and is a receptor for agrin to activate muscle-specific kinase (MuSK), a critical tyrosine kinase in neuromuscular junction formation.
Immunogen
This monoclonal antibody was raised against a fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 26-350 (extracellular N-terminus) of mouse LRP4 protein.
