Description
This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of human IL-12/-23 (p40) in immunoassays such as ELISA and ELISpot. The antibody is specific for the p40 subunit of IL-12 and IL-23. Specificity: Native and recombinant p40 subunit of IL-12 and IL-23. The antibody recognizes p40 monomer, p40 homodimer, p70 heterodimer (p40+p35) and IL-23 heterodimer (p40+p19). Cross-reacts with IL-12/-23 (p40) from non-human primates.
