Description
This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of mouse IL-12 (p70) in immunoassays such as ELISA and ELISpot. The antibody is specific for the p35 subunit of IL-12 p70 heterodimer (p40 +p35). Specificity: Native and recombinant mouse IL-12 p70. The antibody recognizes the p35 subunit of IL-12 p70 heterodimer (p40 + p35).
