This product enables quantification of human Trx1 in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatants and serum/plasma. Reduced and oxidized forms of Trx1 are detected. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP and ELISA standard. Plates and substrate are not included. Cross-react with Thioredoxin-1 from cow.
